Notes

'Yaku Princess' rhododendron (Rhododendron 'Yaku Princess') is a shrub for foundation plantings, informal hedges, accents, and mass plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. Large, rounded trusses of frilly white flowers with pink flushes open in early to late spring. Rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Bees visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Duchesse de Nemours peony, Queen of Night tulip, and Tall fescue.
