Notes

'Zuchau Picotee' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Zuchau Picotee') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It grows upright and spreading to 59 inches. Fragrant semi-double flowers open in early to mid spring and have lilac pink petals with dark flares and picotee edges. Burghard Ebert bred it.
