'Zus Braun' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Zus Braun') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its double flowers are large and vase shaped. They are ivory white tinged with lilac and carmine. The plants grow tall, so you may want to stake them.
Pairs well with Blue Angel hosta, Woodland phlox, and Ostrich fern.
