Notes

'Ada Ruth' peony (Paeonia 'Ada Ruth') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The cupped pink blooms have pale yellow stamens and open at midseason. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Bees and butterflies visit the flowers.

Pairs well with White Feather hosta, Phantom panicle hydrangea, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Black Hero tulip.
