Notes

'Adele Sawyer' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Adele Sawyer') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, double rose-pink flowers measure nine inches across and sometimes show red flecks in the center. They bloom from mid to late spring into early summer on stiff stems above good foliage.

Pairs well with Dalmatian bellflower, Sedge, Black Hero tulip, and Ostrich fern.
