Notes

'Alba' tatarian honeysuckle (Lonicera tatarica 'Alba') is a shrub for hedges and naturalized areas. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. White, fragrant flowers open in early to late spring and attract hummingbirds, bees, and birds. Deer rarely make it their first choice. This arching shrub grows fast and tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Scentara Double Blue lilac, Eastern white pine, Brown-eyed Susan, and Cheerfulness daffodil.
