Notes
'Amazing Pastel' peony (Paeonia 'Amazing Pastel') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its fragrant, pale yellow flowers fade to ivory and open in spring. The upright stems reach about 30 inches and need no support. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice.
Pairs well with Liberty hosta, Goldsturm black-eyed Susan, Phantom panicle hydrangea, and Black Hero tulip.
