Notes
'Annette Carson' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Annette Carson') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The tall stems carry double blush pink flowers with creamy centers. The blooms are fragrant, so you can cut a few for a vase. Risk bred it.
Pairs well with Perennial candytuft, Miss Kim lilac, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Carlton daffodil.
