Notes

'Aqua' common hyacinth (Hyacinthus orientalis 'Aqua') is a bulb for borders, containers, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Blue, fragrant flowers open in early to late spring and attract bees. It stays 9 to 12 inches tall and forms a clump.

Pairs well with Pink Impression tulip, Earth Angel hosta, and Weigela.
