Notes

'Aurea' Oriental spruce (Picea orientalis 'Aurea') is a tree for specimen planting, accents, privacy screens, and winter interest. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist soil. It grows slowly and has a dense habit. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. The tree stays evergreen and tolerates drought.
