'Autumn Riesling' iris (Iris 'Autumn Riesling') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and fragrant gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun. Its orange and apricot flowers have bright tangerine beards and open in the late mid season. Rabbits tend to pass it by. Divide the clumps every two to three years just after blooming.
