Notes
'Beechwood Blue' lavender (Lavandula angustifolia 'Beechwood Blue') is a perennial for borders, rock gardens, hedges, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy or loamy soil. It blooms from early to late summer. The fragrant flowers attract butterflies and bees, and the evergreen foliage stays drought tolerant once settled in.
Pairs well with Coralbells, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and Purple Coneflower coneflower.
