Notes

'SuperBlue' lavender (Lavandula angustifolia 'SuperBlue') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Large, fragrant blooms sit on fat spikes above grey-green foliage. Give it excellent drainage, and prune it lightly in early spring.

Pairs well with Moonshine yarrow, Blue grama, and Garlic chives.
