Notes

'Being Busy' iris (Iris 'Being Busy') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil. The flowers are yellow and maroon-red with mauve edges, and they open in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first.

Pairs well with Sum and Substance hosta, Ice Follies daffodil, and Sensitive fern.
