Notes
'Bokraflame' panicle hydrangea (Hydrangea paniculata 'Bokraflame') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, specimen planting, and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows fast and forms an arching mound about 4 to 5 feet tall and wide. White-green blooms open in summer and bring in bees. Deer rarely make it their first choice.
Pairs well with White Feather hosta, Western sword fern, and Spotted joe-pye weed.
