Notes
'Canyon Gray' California sagebrush (Artemisia californica 'Canyon Gray') is a shrub for ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry soil. Deer tend to pass it by. It stays evergreen, tolerates drought, and has pale yellow blooms. It grows 12 to 24 inches tall and spreads 48 to 120 inches, so give it room.
Pairs well with Chia, Blue oak, and Lime Zinger sedum.
