Notes
'Captain Lambton' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Captain Lambton') is a shrub for borders and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It bears white flowers. Kelway bred it, so it makes a fine focal point in a mixed border.
Pairs well with Paperbark maple, Japanese spirea, Black Parrot tulip, and Ostrich fern.
