Notes
'Cityline Paris' bigleaf hydrangea (Hydrangea macrophylla 'Cityline Paris') is a shrub for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. It stays compact at 12 to 24 inches tall and grows quickly. It also tolerates salt.
Pairs well with Japanese forest grass, Christmas fern, and Lady's mantle.
