Notes

'Colberti' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Colberti') is a shrub for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Oudin Aine & Fils introduced it in 1846. Plant it in a border or perennial bed where it has room to grow. You can also cut stems to bring indoors for a vase.

Pairs well with Mock orange, First Frost hosta, Queen of Night tulip, and Blue fescue.
