Notes

'Conjuration' iris (Iris 'Conjuration') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and accents. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. It blooms in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. Butterflies visit the flowers, and the plant tolerates drought. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal.

Pairs well with Columbine, Little bluestem, and Phantom panicle hydrangea.
