Notes

'Copper King' peony (Paeonia 'Copper King') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. Its large, semi-double flowers are yellow blended with coral and pink, and sturdy stems hold them facing outward. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Nate Bremer bred it.

Pairs well with Hosta, Annabelle hydrangea, and Dittany.
