Notes
'Delta Blush' lagerstroemia (Lagerstroemia indica 'Delta Blush') is a shrub for pollinator gardens, specimen plantings, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Pink flowers open from early to late summer and again in early autumn, and butterflies and bees visit them. Deer tend to browse other plants first. It is also drought tolerant.
Pairs well with Chaste tree, Little bluestem, and Clary sage.
