Notes

'Eliza Lundy' peony (Paeonia 'Eliza Lundy') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. The red blooms are fragrant and attract butterflies and bees. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with Krossa Regal hosta, Dittany, Black Hero tulip, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
