Notes
'EVIPO006' clematis (Clematis viticella 'EVIPO006') is a vine for containers, cottage gardens, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows fast and has a cascading habit. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the blooms in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn.
Pairs well with Green Spice coral bells, Korean spice viburnum, Blue fescue, and Jeana garden phlox.
