Notes
'Exotic Star' amaryllis (Hippeastrum 'Exotic Star') is a bulb for borders and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. The white flowers are striped with deep pink to red. Grow it in a pot outside in summer and fertilize it well. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by.
Pairs well with Labyrinth dahlia, False shamrock, and Mondo grass.
