Notes

'Faulkner' boxwood (Buxus microphylla 'Faulkner') is a shrub for hedges, foundation plantings, formal gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and average to moist soil of most types. It grows slowly into a dense, evergreen shape, and bees visit it. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. You can prune it lightly to keep the shape neat.

Pairs well with Hicksii yew, American holly, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and Bluebell.
