Notes

'Flore Pleno' lily of the valley (Convallaria majalis 'Flore Pleno') is a perennial for shade gardens, woodlands, rock gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 2, or down to -50°F (-46°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and dry to wet, loamy or clay soil. The double white flowers are waxy, fragrant, and bell-shaped. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. It naturalizes readily and gives bees early spring pollen.

Pairs well with American maidenhair fern, Sweet white violet, Crested wood fern, and Sherwood Purple phlox.
