Notes

'Florentina' iris (Iris 'Florentina') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, cut flower use, and accents. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil. The white flowers are tinged blue-gray and bloom in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. It grows 24 to 30 inches tall.

Pairs well with Eastern columbine, Thalia daffodil, and Miss Kim lilac.
