Notes

'Fogbound' iris (Iris 'Fogbound') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. It blooms in spring and again in summer, and the fragrant flowers draw butterflies. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. It also tolerates drought once settled in.

Pairs well with Columbine, Fragrant Bouquet hosta, and Strawberry Sundae panicle hydrangea.
