Notes

'Frosted Curls' sedge (Carex comans 'Frosted Curls') is a grass for borders, containers, rock gardens, and low maintenance beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It forms a clumping mound of evergreen foliage that stays 12 to 24 inches tall and wide. Once settled in, it is drought tolerant, and bees and butterflies visit the green-brown flowers.

Pairs well with Woodland phlox, Purple top, Anemone, and Society garlic.
