Notes

'Graham Thomas' common honeysuckle (Lonicera periclymenum 'Graham Thomas') is a vine for cottage gardens, pollinator gardens, borders, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer rarely make it their first choice. It grows at a rapid rate and climbs, so give it a trellis or fence. Fragrant flowers open in early to late spring and draw butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees.

Pairs well with Jackmanii clematis, Limelight hydrangea, and Little bluestem.
