Notes
Haddesiana tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Haddesiana (or Haddiyana)') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Kelway introduced it in 1889. You can cut the blooms and bring them indoors for vases. Plant it in a border where it has room to grow.
Pairs well with Mock orange, Ostrich fern, Pink Impression tulip, and Clematis.
