Notes

'Hall' Japanese honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica 'Hall') is a vine for ground cover and food gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows rapidly and has fragrant flowers that bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds enjoy. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. Give it room, since a fast climber can spread.

Pairs well with Climbing hydrangea, Blue Chiffon rose of sharon, and Feverfew.
