Notes
'Hermann's Pride' yellow archangel (Lamium galeobdolon 'Hermann's Pride') is a perennial for ground cover, shade gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and dry to moist soil of most types. It grows rapidly and spreads by creeping, so give it room or edge the bed. It is evergreen and drought tolerant. Deer tend to pass it by.
Pairs well with Blue Ensign pulmonaria, Common cowslip, and Western sword fern.
