Notes

'Florentinum' yellow archangel (Lamium galeobdolon 'Florentinum') is a perennial for ground cover and shade gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and dry to average soil. It creeps and grows at a rapid rate, so give it room to spread. The foliage stays evergreen, and it tolerates drought once settled. Blooms appear in spring and again in summer.

Pairs well with Western sword fern, Liverleaf, Red trillium, and Allegheny serviceberry.
