Notes
'Hetzii Glauca' Chinese juniper (Juniperus chinensis 'Hetzii Glauca') is a shrub for specimen planting, hedges, and accents. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. Deer tend to browse other plants first. It grows at a moderate rate into a conical evergreen with a wide spread. It tolerates drought and salt, so it needs little care.
Pairs well with Red pine, Weigela, and Pincushion flower.
