Notes

'Hot Pak Spry' French marigold (Tagetes patula 'Hot Pak Spry') is an annual for borders, containers, and cut flowers. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It forms a clumping mound 6 to 12 inches tall and has fragrant blooms in brown, copper, yellow, orange, and red. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds visit the flowers. Deer tend to pass it by.

Pairs well with Mealycup sage, Cornflower, and Creeping thyme.
