Notes

'Huchtenburg' iris (Iris 'Huchtenburg') is a bulb for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil. The flowers are white, and the falls are yellow with an orange blotch. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Plant it where the blooms can stand out.

Pairs well with Amsonia, Feather reed grass, and Casa Blanca lily.
