Notes

'Illini Charm' iris (Iris 'Illini Charm') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, containers, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. The wine-lilac flowers have a white signal on the falls, and the plant blooms in spring and again in summer.

Pairs well with Obedient plant, Cinnamon fern, and Sedge.
