Notes

'Jubilation' peony (Paeonia 'Jubilation') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Large ruby-red blooms open with a mild fragrance and fade lighter with age. Don Hollingsworth bred it in 1996. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Blue Mouse Ears hosta, Blanket flower, Annabelle hydrangea, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
