Notes
'Koria' bigleaf hydrangea (Hydrangea macrophylla 'Koria') is a shrub for hedges, accents, privacy screens, and shade gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows fast, and flowers open from early to late summer. Deer rarely make it their first choice.
Pairs well with Praying Hands hosta, Aureola Japanese forest grass, Autumn fern, and Lenten rose.
