Notes

'Lavance' lavender (Lavandula angustifolia 'Lavance') is an herb for borders, containers, hedges, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Bees and butterflies visit the fragrant flowers. It blooms in spring and again in summer, and the leaves stay evergreen.

Pairs well with Yarrow, Rosemary, and Alina rose.
