Notes

'Lavender Bounty' iris (Iris 'Lavender Bounty') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and rain gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet soil. It grows 24 to 36 inches tall and bears lavender blooms in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Plants spread at least 18 inches, so give them room.

Pairs well with Obedient plant, Cinnamon fern, and Phantom panicle hydrangea.
