Notes
'L’Elégante' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'L’Elégante') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its flowers are pink, so it adds soft color to a sunny garden. Cut the blooms for bouquets to enjoy them indoors.
Pairs well with Magnus coneflower, Patriot hosta, Sedge, and Grape hyacinth.
