Notes
'Little Quick Fire' panicle hydrangea (Hydrangea paniculata 'Little Quick Fire') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Butterflies and bees visit the white to pink blooms that open from early to late summer. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. The arching shape grows quickly and tolerates salt.
Pairs well with Black Beauty peony, Big Daddy hosta, and Western sword fern.
