Notes

'Lord Lambourne' apple (Malus domestica 'Lord Lambourne') is a tree for the food garden, grown for fresh eating and juice. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It is an easy apple to grow and gives good crops. Pink blooms open in early to late spring and attract bees. Breeders crossed James Grieve with Worcester Pearmain, and the fruit keeps for 2-3 weeks.

Pairs well with Serviceberry, American persimmon, Lily, and Greig's tulip.
