Notes

'Lotus Land' iris (Iris 'Lotus Land') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. The fragrant blooms open in early to late spring and again in early to late summer, and butterflies visit the flowers. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Stems reach 24 to 36 inches tall.

Pairs well with Columbine, Guacamole hosta, and Angelique tulip.
