Notes
'Luc' sneezeweed (Helenium 'Luc') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, cottage gardens, and rain gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to wet soil of most types. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. It blooms from early to late summer and again in early to late autumn. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the flowers.
Pairs well with Spotted joe-pye weed, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Mexican hat.
