Notes

'Misty' amaryllis (Hippeastrum 'Misty') is a bulb for borders and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows 12 to 24 inches tall and bears fragrant, dark pink-red blooms. New World Plants bred it. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Bishop of Llandaff dahlia, Society garlic, and Lemon Grass lemongrass.
