Notes

Moyes rose (Rosa moyesii) is a shrub for borders, hedges, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. The fragrant blooms open in spring and again in summer. Butterflies and birds visit the plant, and it grows tall and wide, so give it room.

Pairs well with Atropurpurea Nana Japanese barberry, Monch tartarian aster, Jerusalem sage, and Gladiator ornamental onion.
